Contest for Architects and Designers: Create the Home of the Future — and Earn from It for Life
ECOLIT is launching a contest for the best modular ADU home design — compact and functional space of the future. Winners will receive not only recognition, but also lifetime percentage from sales of homes built to their design.
What is ADU?
ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) — modern compact homes with smart layouts, eco-friendly materials and technological solutions. They’re used as rental housing, guest houses, co-living spaces or boutique hotels.
What needs to be done?
Develop:
Interior: eco-materials, transformable furniture, zoning
Exterior: minimalist design, integration with natural environment
Who can participate?
Architects, designers and creators wanting to contribute to the architecture of the future.
Prizes and opportunities:
Lifetime percentage from sales of homes built to your design
