ECOLIT Construction System, LLC (USA) focused on driving innovation in eco-friendly building

Global Tech Properties brings deep knowledge of the Guyanese market and a strong record of completing residential and commercial projects since 2017 in the Caribbean.
The joint venture will produce Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) structures and lightweight concrete products, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient construction.
Ecolit Globaltech INC is aligned with Guyana’s rapid economic expansion due to recent oil and gas discoveries, meeting growing demands in the construction sector.
The company plans to supply eco-friendly building materials for residential and commercial projects in Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, and the wider Caribbean.
Ecolit Globaltech INC aims to construct 800 homes annually by 2029, addressing the rising demand for housing amid Guyana’s urban development.
By utilizing steel framing and lightweight foam cement, the joint venture helps reduce environmental impact and aligns with global sustainability initiatives.
Ecolit Globaltech INC will leverage ECOLIT’s advanced technology to deliver faster, high-quality building projects with enhanced durability. The venture will contribute to job creation in Guyana, scaling up its workforce over the next year to support its manufacturing operations.
Global Tech Properties, supported by funding from PASS TECH LTD, will cover its 70% share in the venture, ensuring the financial viability of Ecolit Globaltech INC.
Ecolit Globaltech INC will be governed by a joint management committee, with Global Tech managing operations and ECOLIT providing technical and product expertise.
The joint venture is committed to delivering top-tier construction projects, merging Global Tech’soperational agility with ECOLIT’s expertise in eco-friendly materials.
Ecolit Globaltech INC will serve both private homeowners and developers, focusing on sustainable and modern facilities like pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants.
As Guyana’s urbanization accelerates, Ecolit Globaltech INC is poised to scale its operations, meeting the increasing demand for sustainable, affordable housing.
